How much does it cost to rent a 360 photo booth?
At NWA Photo Booth, we have a few options when it comes pricing. You will find that most 360 photo booth rentals are between $700-$1000 per rental.
To rent a 360 booth, our rentals begin at 2 hours. The pricing breakdown looks like this:
- 2 Hour Rental: $750
- 3 Hour Rental: $900
We also have a handful of enhancements you can add as well for an additional charge:
- Flower Wall rentals: $150 to add on
- Add on Hours: $200
- Idle Hours: $75
What is an Idle Hour?
An idle hour is time that the 360 photo booth is left standing and intact, however it is not operable during that time period.
When to Add an Idle Hour:
Many clients decide to add idle hours when they want their rental period to start before a meal, speech, and things of that nature; but they want it closed during dinner, speeches, etc. Once that time period of the speeches, meals, etc are completed, the 360 photo booth will continue operating for the remainder of the rental period.
Best Time to Add an Idle Hour at a Wedding:
During dinner/speeches/first dances.
The best time to have your 360 photo booth rental operating is during the dancing and partying portion of the evening.
How much space does a 360 photo booth require?
The 360 photo booth requires on the LOW END, 15 feet by 15 feet. The arm that swings around the platform spins wide, and we want to make sure there is room for it to spin, with some wiggle room. This is to make sure it does not hit any of your guests.

How much time does it take to set up the 360 booth?
The 360 booth will take up to 2 hours to assemble. We ask that you allow NWA Photo Booth to set up at LEAST 2 hours before the event begins, in order for our team to be out of the way and not causing distractions.
It usually takes around 1 hour to set up completely. However, we like to have some extra wiggle room just in case.
Once the 360 photo booth is assembled, it can not be moved from the place it is set up at. Our team likes to set up the booth before the event begins, leave the booth, and then return during the time that the client has contracted us for. Once the contracted time is complete, our team will disassemble the photo booth and remove it from the venue.
How many people can fit on a 360 photo booth?
360 Booths are known for having a handful of people on the platform. At NWA Photo Booth, our 360 photo booth platform can hold up to 6 people. It’s 46 inches wide and can hold around 600 pounds.
We invested in the largest platform so we could keep up with your party.
No more than 6 people can be on the platform at one time, and normally, that rule works. Although the platform is large, it can get cramped fast.

We do recommend to have the 360 booth at larger events rather than smaller events. If it’s a steady event, it would work. For a drop in event, we would advise against it. This is because we want for you to get your money worth out of the rental. With drop in events, guests tend to be more hesitant about the booth than they would be if it was a loud, moving, event.
Why would I need this at a corporate event?
Corporate events are on the most fun parties to have a 360 booth at. Guests usually don’t expect for their to be a photo booth at events, much less a 360 photo booth.

Does a 360 booth only do videos? What kind of videos?
The 360 Photo Booth can only do videos. The videos are normal speed, slow motion video and boomerang, all wrapped up in one video. The videos matches the music that is attached to it. The experience is tons of fun and the outcome is always one to impress the party goers.
What is Used to Record the Videos?
We use an Iphone 14, instead of an ipad. This is because we found that the weight of the iphone versus the ipad is much lighter. This helps the 360 booth arm spin easier around the platform without the neck falling backward before of the ipad weight.
The iPhone also has an incredible camera that matches those of DSLR cameras, now. The video quality of the iPhone is wonderful and produces a great video that your guests will love.
How can I receive my video?
You will receive your video in a few ways:
- You can head over to our sharing station, and find your video after getting off of the 360 booth platform. It should be the first video up on the top left. Tap the video, send to your phone via text or by emailing videos directly! It is that simple and easy.
- You can wait until after the event and have the host send you the link of the entire set of videos captured. This link will have all of the videos taken at the event. You can scroll through that until you find yours, and download it.
How can I customize my 360 video?
As mentioned earlier, when we were talking about corporate parties, we can customize the design on your 360 photo booth video. It adds so much flair and fun to have a personalized piece of your party on the video.
Corporate parties usually have us put a logo on the video, weddings usually have us put their crest or their new names on the video, sororities want their letters and the name of the event on it, and the list goes on. You can view the sorority video attached on our article.
We can customize it with fonts, colors, glitter, and much more. The event with Pi Beta Phi at the University of Arkansas was valentine themed. We worked with them to get the name of their event, the colors they wanted and any extras, like the hearts.

What to Consider Before Booking Your Photo Booth
- Does your venue have wifi or internet availability?
- Please provide us with the internet name/password
- If it does NOT, thats ok! Our photo booths are ran on cell service from Verizon. We like to have wifi as a backup to ensure internet availability.
- Will there be enough space at the venue for the 360 booth?
- There needs to be at least a 15X15 space for the booth.
- Your videos will include music, and it will be royalty free music.
- We do not mess around the copyright infringement.
