Who is NWA Photo booth
NWA Photo Booth is Arkansas’ Original NWA photo booth. We opened our business in 2020 in the middle of a very scary time not really knowing what this was going to look like.
Our photo booth company started from an idea that a wedding photographer had after listening to podcasts that mentioned them. Kait (said photographer) began researching all the types of photo booths that are out there and landed on the booths that NWA Photo Booth uses today.
After a year of photo booth work on top of her wedding photography, she recruited her husband to quit his corporate job and work full time with her. Two years later, they rented an office and started growing a team! They now have 4 photo booth attendants, and in house social media manager and graphic designer.
NWA Photo Booth is owned and operated by Kait Jackson with the help of her husband Matt Hawkins. These two reside in Fayetteville Arkansas & their office is RIGHT off the Fayetteville Square! They LOVE all things events and weddings and have a few ideas up their sleeves for future businesses that might make their debut by 2023! Kait is the creative one while Matt is the logistics and numbers guy. They make a pretty good team overall.



What Does Their Pricing Look Like?
Pricing is never easy.
However, our pricing begins at $400 and caps at $750. We offer 3 packages with the option of adding things on from our enhancements tab to elevate your photo booth experience to whatever your heart desires.
Our middle package is our most booked out of our 3 packages. It includes 2 hours, complimentary backdrop choices, an online gallery, a photo booth attendant, a photo booth template designed to match your event to a T and a custom overlay for your guests that want to do fun boomerangs as well!
When booking with us, we require 30% of the total to be booked as the retainer. The remaining balance of the total is due 7 days before your event date. Typically, our clients spend around $650 for their entire photo booth rental.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?

Our best advice if you are looking for a photo booth is too book at LEAST 3 months in advance. For special events such as weddings or corporate events, I would suggest booking 4-6 months in advance.
Our clients tend to book 25 weeks out of of their event date. This is because our photo booths tend to book up VERY quickly. Trying to book a photo booth rental for the week of or before your event is going to be hard to do with our industry. Matt has created a test to run based on when our clients inquire versus when their wedding date is to figure out when most of our clients book their photo booth rental.
What Kind of Events Does NWA Photo Booth Service?
We service events of all kind, but mainly weddings and corporate events. At weddings, we are operating during the reception.
Pro Tip: The BEST time to have the photo booth operating at a wedding is during the reception AFTER dinner, dances and toasts. This is from personal experience and 50+ events under our belts. The guests tend to loosen up after these moments and start enjoying the time with their friends and family a bit more, getting them excited to jump in front of the booth for some photos!
Do We use Fun Props?
This is a tough one. We are NOT huge fans of props. After 50+ events we have found that props actually hinder the experience and quality of the booth. If requested, we will bring them though.
The best prop we have found for guests to make fun memories with is their smiles, silly faces, a drink in their hand, hugs and finger guns. Probs diminish the quality and the experience inner opinion. When your guests get in front of the camera and start acting cute and silly just being who they are, thats how you get the BEST gallery!
